Another new project of our company concerned the renovation of a first floor apartment, 78

square meters in Pagrati.

The house was built in the 1950s, and the changes the owners wanted to make were

aesthetic interventions. Our aim was to make the apartment more functional at the same

time. For this reason we also changed the layout.

It was completely renovated and we created a single living room, dining room with an open

kitchen, three bedrooms, one of which is a master with its own bathroom. We renovated

the guest WC with modern sanitary ware and created an office space, as it was necessary for

the needs of the owner.

Of course, all plumbing and electrical supplies were replaced. The mosaic, where it existed,

was uncovered and restored, since the owner preferred to keep some element of traditional

aesthetics, while combining the modern additions. The surfaces of the wooden floors were

sanded and polished to make them look like new.

The house was shielded with modern energy frames from the EXALCO aluminum company.

Lacquered gray doors were installed in the kitchen of the residence, which in combination

with the large surfaces in earthy colors and the bakelite counters in the color of wood give

the space a modern feel. In order to make the most of our space, we installed a hidden hood

under the kitchen hobs.

Throughout the project there was a common line between the owners of the residence with

the team of our company, which dealt with the project. The choice of materials that were

used, is based on the owner’s preferences.
